Service and contract information

The public website provides information about the Torveno monitoring service, standard plans, features and prices. An inquiry submitted via the public inquiry form or by email is non-binding.

If a technical start is possible, the prospective customer receives a personal electronic order summary. It can be reviewed online, printed or saved as a PDF and expressly accepted or declined.

For standard plans, the order is only placed once the customer provides an express and binding online confirmation. After confirmation, Torveno sends an order confirmation by email with a PDF attachment.

The specific contractual relationship is governed in particular by the confirmed order summary, the order confirmation, the incorporated General Terms and Conditions and the Service Description and, where incorporated, the Data Processing Agreement.
